Generated content is identified as AI-produced by appropriate technical means.

7. Liability and applicable law

Creative Logic makes reasonable efforts to ensure the availability, accuracy, and security of the site, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
